We are proud to offer our customers free FedEx standard delivery shipping on every order within the *United States, and very competitive rates for Canada, Europe and worldwide. Please check our domestic and international shipping rates in the table below:

Because most of our items are made to order, the time frame between the order and delivery will vary depending on the ordered item. For enhanced safety and convenience, all Raz and Company orders are shipped via FedEx. The delivery times listed on each item are approximate. Some orders my arrive earlier than the expected delivery date. To same extent some orders can also arrive a few days later than the expected delivery date, if some unforeseen delays arise. You will receive an email confirmation when your order ships, and we will do our best to meet the delivery expectations. If you need your order sooner, please do not hesitate to contact us.

At Raz & Company we value how jewellery is the centre piece of memorable moments, and we understand that often it represents a surprise for the loved one. We do not want to ruin the surprise you carefully prepared, so please let us know what we can do to maintain the surprise. Special arrangements including Saturday delivery, holding the item for your collection at the FedEx location, or delivery on a particular day can be made. Apart from this, the shipping packaging we use is standard FedEx boxes, so no contents will be revealed. Saturday delivery is available for eligible locations, for an additional $25 fee. • All Raz & Company orders will ship out fully insured, and only released by FedEx with an adult signature.
• For your protection all deliveries will be made to a physical address. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
• We do not collect any custom duties for international orders. All import duties are the customer’s responsibility; please check with your local FedEx office or custom agent for information.
• Packages already shipped out cannot be rerouted. In the event of an emergency that requires the shipment to be rerouted, please contact us right away.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
