At Raz & Company, your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or have simply changed your mind, you have the option to return your fine jewellery item(s) within thirty (30) days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method or gift card. Return Process Steps 

Please follow the below instructions:

  • Go to razandcompany.com/returns and access your order by entering your order number and email address
  • Follow the steps to confirm whether you would like to receive a refund or an even product exchange for a different product
  • You will receive an email with a link to print your FedEx label
  • All returns must be scanned in at a FedEx location within 5 days of receiving your label
  • Bring to a FedEx location as your package must be scanned and collect your drop-off receipt (we do not accept returns via a FedEx drop box)
  • Once received, our team will inspect your return within 5 business days and if approved, your refund will be processed (please allow up to 5 business days to see this in your account).
  • If your item is eligible for an exchange/replacement, one of our Jewelry Experts will contact within 24 business hours, about sending

Return Window

If within 30 days from the delivery/pick up date you change your mind, we are happy to offer you a refund, or you can opt in for a store credit in the form of a digital gift card, or a store credit certificate. For any return past 30 days please contact us. Once a return is initiated and the label is created, the package must be scanned by FedEx within five (5) days. Please note that we require items to be returned to us via our preferred shipping service so that they are insured and protected. Once we have received your return, we will process it within five (5) business days. Your item must be sent with all tags attached, unaltered and the item must be in brand new, unworn, and in a salable condition. Upon approval, we will email you to confirm your refund to original form of payment, ship out in stock exchange items, or beg in production on your new item.

Exclusion

It’s important to note that there are exceptions to our return policy. To qualify for a full refund, the item must be returned in its original
condition and packaging, accompanied by all original documentation.
Please see a list of items and services that are not refundable:

  • Items that have been modified, used or resized
  • Items that have been previously exchanged
  • Items altered or damaged in any way
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Fine jewelry items that have been personalized or customized
  • Contour wedding bands/rings
  • Digital gift cards

Engraved items are eligible for a partial refund, minus a 50 USD engraving removal fee/engraved item.
Diamonds or other gemstones sold with a certificate, must be returned with the accompanying certificate to qualify for a full refund. If the certificate is not included in the return, then a 200 USD fee will be deducted from the refund.
If the Customer paid for expedited shipping, that paid shipping fee is not refundable.
Free gifts that were included with the purchase must also be returned, or else their retail value will be deducted from the refund.
Orders sent back to Raz and Company without prior approval are subject to additional fees and the order may be returned at the customer’s expense

Eligibility / Guidelines

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be returned from within the United States. All pieces that are eligible for a return or exchange must be sent with all tags attached, unaltered and the item must be in brand new, unworn, and in a salable condition.

Gift Exchanges

Please note that the amount paid on the item will be issued onto a gift card, which can only be used on our site.
