   Raz & Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice to you. Such changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on the Raz & Company website. It is your responsibility to regularly review the Site for any updates or changes to these Terms that may affect your rights and obligations. Continued use of the Site after any such changes will signify your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue using the Site.

   Raz & Company, its logos, and any other product or service name or slogan displayed on our Site are trademarks of Raz & Company and/or its licensors. They may not be copied, imitated, or used, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of Raz & Company or the respective trademark holder. You are prohibited from using any metatags or other "hidden text" that utilizes "Raz & Company" or any other name, trademark, or product or service name of Raz & Company without our prior written permission. All other trademarks, registered trademarks, product names, and company names or logos mentioned on our Site are the property of their respective owners.

   You are granted a personal, limited, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Site and to electronically copy (except where prohibited without a license) and print hard copy portions of the Site materials for your informational, non-commercial, and personal use only.    - Any use of our Site or the Site materials other than for their intended purpose.
   - Any unauthorized use of our Site or the Site materials without prior written permission from Raz & Company is strictly prohibited and will terminate the license granted herein.

6. Products and Pricing
   Product Descriptions: Raz & Company makes every effort to accurately display products on the Site. However, the colors and textures you see may vary depending on your monitor's display capabilities. We do not guarantee that product descriptions or other content are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders and refund any transactions.
   
   Product Availability: If an item you are interested in is no longer available, please contact us, and we can inform you when it will be back in stock or help you find a similar product. Occasionally, an item may be sold before it is removed from the Site. If this happens, and you order an unavailable item, we will contact you to assist in finding a comparable product.
   
   Pricing: Prices for our products may change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.
   
   Errors: If there is a pricing or typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for the incorrect price.
   
   Industry Standards: Carat total weight may vary by 0.05 carats.
   Gemstone and pearl measurements have a tolerance of 0.25mm.
   Diamond jewelry with multiple diamonds is graded based on minimum or average quality, ensuring all diamonds meet or exceed the stated grade.
7. Orders
   Order Acceptance: Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance by Raz & Company. We may require additional verification or information before accepting an order.
   
   Order Confirmation: Upon receiving your order, we will send you a confirmation email. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order, but an acknowledgment of receipt.
8. Payment
   Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including major credit cards, Wire transfer, Zelle and PayPal. Payment must be made in full before we ship your order.
   Billing Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
9. Shipping and Delivery
   Shipping Methods: We use FedEx Priority Overnight Shipping for domestic orders. International shipping times may vary.
   Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the shipping method and destination.
   Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times are provided for your convenience and are not guaranteed.

10. Returns and Exchanges
    Return Policy: You may return items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
    Return Process: Contact our customer service team to initiate a return or exchange. Follow the instructions provided for returning your item.
    Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
11. Warranty
    Warranty Coverage: We provide a one-year warranty on all our products against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by wear and tear, misuse, or alterations.
